Materials used

8 x 8 scapolled white card

Three different shades of blue colour card, cut into square with different cutting blades.

Light blue colour organza ribbon, checked blue and white ribbon and finished of with blue stripe twine.

Image coloured with promarkers with glossy accents on the dots on the costume, shoes, hat.

Finally large blue spotted flower with light blue gem brad in the center.
